These terms cover the services described on this website — website design, development, fixes, speed work, migrations, and Google Ads / Meta ads management — provided by HelloWeb ("we", "us") to you, the client. By hiring us, you agree to them. We've kept them short and honest, like the rest of the site.
Diagnosis of your problem is free. Before any paid work begins, we agree a fixed price in writing (chat, WhatsApp or email all count as writing). The price we agree is the price you pay — if we discover the job is bigger than quoted, we tell you before continuing, and you decide.
Payment terms are agreed per project before work starts. Ads management is billed monthly in advance. Advertising budget (what you pay Google or Meta for the ads themselves) is separate from our management fee and is paid by you directly to the platform, from your own ad account.
Prices shown on this website are in US dollars (USD) and are indicative starting prices — your written quote is the binding one. Depending on where you are, we may invoice in USD, GBP or INR; the invoice always states the currency and the exact amount before you pay anything. Payments are processed by our payment provider using the methods offered at checkout, and we never see or store your full card details. Prices exclude any taxes that may apply in your country; where Indian GST applies it is shown separately on the invoice. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and delivery timelines by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Ads management has no lock-in contract — you can cancel any month, effective at the end of the paid billing period. Project work can be cancelled before it starts for a full refund of anything paid; once work is underway we'll agree a fair settlement for work completed.
Everything. Your website, your content, your domain, your Shopify/WordPress/hosting accounts, and your Google Ads and Meta ad accounts stay in your name and your ownership at all times. When we work in your accounts, we do it as an invited user with permissions you can revoke whenever you like.
We promise professional work, delivered as described in your quote, and honest communication throughout. We do not promise specific business outcomes — search rankings, sales figures or advertising results depend on your market, product and budget as much as on our work, and anyone who guarantees them is guessing. If something we deliver doesn't work as agreed, we fix it at no charge.
You confirm that you own (or have the right to use) the content, images and accounts you give us access to, and that your business and its products are legal in the markets you sell to. You're responsible for keeping your own login credentials safe — we never ask for passwords we don't need.
Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Google and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners. HelloWeb is an independent service provider — we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these companies. Their platforms are governed by their own terms, pricing and availability, which are outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific work in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data caused by third-party platforms, or downtime of services we don't operate.
If we update these terms, the new version applies from the date shown at the top; work already agreed stays on the terms it was agreed under.
